The major changes are as follow: -Remove the unused two static variables and functions in last patch. -Use two bool variables 'm_bSupportingNotToGroupBarsPerAxis' and 'm_bAllSeriesAttachedToSameAxis' to determine whether the new check box displayed on the tab page.
