This bug happens not only after using the scroll wheel.
for example:
- open a spreadsheet
- move the mouse pointer of the cell that has the focus (A1 if you have opened a
blank spreadsheet)
- press F2:
The pointer does not change from arrow-style to edit-field-style. The mouse has
to be moved.
