Well, the table has a filter associated with it. If you press the "Standard
Filter" button in the toolbar, you'll see that the current filter of the table
data display is "POS = 'SS'". If you remove the filter (either from within the
dialog you just opened, or by pressing the "Remove Filter/Sort" button in the
toolbar), then the count is absolutely correct.
