I removed it in pj84.
It is not needed nyway, because that file includes
#include "sfxecode.hxx"
which in turn
#include <tools/errcode.hxx>
which contains:
#define ERRCODE_IO_INVALIDLENGTH (32UL |ERRCODE_CLASS_PARAMETER|\
ERRCODE_AREA_IO)
