------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 27 11:46:27 +0000 2007 ------- (I'm using the German version of StarOffice 8 Update 7, so my translated-back-to-English may be a bit off...) When using the style manager to copy styles between documents, I was observing this: After copying the style from one (OOo 2) document to another, the target of the copy had the bold-italic font propertiy set, while the original had not, making the result quite different from the original. What I was doing: 1) Mark a part of one text document 2) Cut 3) Create a new text document 4) Paste (Up to this most things looked identical, but formats for the footer (e.g.) were different. So I decoded to copy over the layout formats) 5) Copy layout formats using the Style Manager (Vorlagen->Verwalten) ((I'd really be happy if one could select multiple elements for copy, instead of having to copy one after the other)) 6) Close Style Manager What I got: The format that was copied has different attributes than the original, most visibly, the text is bold-italic, while the original was regular. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
