So I'm exploring the possibility to build the profile myself, the ICC profile sRGB data computation and other related necessary stuff are described by Norm IEC 61966-2.1:1999. It seems that the necessary software is available here: http://www.color.org/sampleicc.xalter ,in source, Public Domain licensed.
