Hi,
Tools-Cell content-AutoCalculate is switched off for the document. This is to
blame for not calculating the sum's after changing the values. This is a User
settings and therefore not a bug from OOo Calc.
You get wrong SUM results for B27 and C27 because the summation range falls one
line short. Also not a problem of OOo Calc.
According to this I close this Issue as invalid.
