------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Mar 11 06:28:07 -0800 2005 ------- Hi! I run the dev version of OO (1.9.84) on Mandrake Linux 10.1. I have created a writer douments containing some numbered and ordered list. During the creation of the lists, I did use the new floating tool bar. For the first time I did use the new "Inserting Unnumbered Entry" tool to introduce some blank line for formating reasons. I then did save the document initially created as an "OpenDocument file" as a "Microsoft Word 97/2000/Xp file". After teh save I did open the document (just being curious this tiem around...) in MS word 2000. To my surprise, the use of the new "Inserting Unnumbered Entry" introduced an artefact, resulting in the blank line being numbered when exported to MS Office file format. In OO: 1. text 1 2. text 2 (note the blank line between item one and two...) In MS Word 2000: 1. text 1 2. 3. text 2 the unnumbered line became numbered and is not indented. This does not happen, if you do it the usual way, by using SHIFT+ENTER to introduce a unnumbered line during the creation of a list. For numbered entries, the supposed to be blank line become numbered. In case of a bulleted list, the blank line has an "x" instead of the bullet.
