2007 -------
"Tools->Options->Memory->Load StarOffice at Systemstart" does not exit a running
quickstarter but just disables it for next staroffice/system start.
Selecting "Exit Quickstarter" in the systray menu, terminates all soffice
processes.
At least "works as designed".
