Hi,

Resizing a picture for the 2nd time with the Relative option corrupts the ratio.
How to reproduce the bug :
Insert/Picture/From file/select a picture/Open/right clic on the
picture/Picture/tick both Relative boxes/Check that Keep Ratio is
ticked/Increase Width/Ok/Right clic again on the picture/Picture/Increase Width.
You shall see the Height parameter increasing by more than 100% as soon as you
changed the Width.
