I don't know if we need to add this information or not, but I don't want to
take the chance.
The file quoted above has been updated for the OpenOffice.org 2.3 release.
Please download it again
before building. (It will continue to be updated.)
Also, since Pavel only builds one file, we had to combine our Interface and
Help translations. They are
no longer in separate files. Both are in the above file.
The separate Help file has been removed from the server.
