ok, let's try from the beginning;
I copy all needed libraries for a standalone tt version into a new directory
from a ppc AQUA build. (all needed is mostly a good guess - if somthing doesn't
work, than you know a lib is missing...)
I make some magic, that I will ask the mac group later for some hints, so it can
be started by a click in finder.
(I'm preparing an upload of the package right now...so somebody else can try...)
I start testtool.bin then for the first time - it starts creating the
services.rdb and tells on the console which libraries get registered into it
- this behaviuor is the same on all platforms.
(It would also be the same, if you remove services.rdb from your aqua ooo
package and start testtool.bin - it will get created by testtool - ok only
testtool would work then, but that's waht we would like to get.)
you get now a message that the X11 lib is missing.- but it should be ok since we
use aqua.

OR - just comes to my mind - do you set any environment variable for starting
OOo on aqua, that i also would have to set for the testtool that it knows it is
aqua and not X11?
