Hi,
this is not a bug. The formating options are just that, an option how you want
to show a numbering. The content of the footer is something different. The word
Page is not a field like the page number is and therefore is not formatted with
the used option. If you don't like the word Page in your footer, you have to
switch it off on the footer tab page or manually erase it from it using the Edit
button on the footer tab page.
So this Issue is closed invalid.
