Sorry, my explanation is not clear:

Assuming the first word of your example is the beginning of a sentence, which it
looks as if it is, you will find that my second example works as you want it
to, whether or not you type the first Kdž with an upper case or a lower case K
(for either choice you will get Když). The second Kdy will be changed to když,
whether you type Kdy or kdy - this is exactly what you want in English and it
looks the same from your example.
