That policy dates back to 2005/05/17 referring to a mail back in June 2004. OOo
and Java both changed a lot since then. Do you really think it is right to allow
OOo being crashed by Java exceptions? Even if you insist that this policy should
still be intact, external developers should not have the ability to crash a
running OOo.
