@mh: Martin, I deleted the CWS for one simple reason. The patches had a certain
number of issues and it was not looking like the OpenBSD packager was doing
anything about them. I don't have any OpenBSD installation, so was unable to fix
anything. I was mainly serving as a channel to put the things upstream.
Nevertheless, I cannot care more than the people that actually use the patches
do :-(
Since people started to ask me to include their small fixes in this CWS because
of where it was targeted, I just deleted it not to mislead them. If someone
wants to fiddle with the patches, there is no problem to take this issue over.
