You seem to have chosen to edit the text of the inactive chart, which is just one text box in the middle. I am not quite sure what you really want. There are three possibilities: 1. you want to modify the properties of data labels, then you have to activate the chart by double-click, 2. you want to move the labels arond: you have to wait for OOo 2.4, 3. you want to add some additional text: you should add some text objects and move them over the inactive chart or copy them to the clipboard and paste them into the active chart (where they can no longer be modified). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
