The first non-hyperkinked entry in the TOC is not a problem of the import - see
issue 3356.

At the current state it does not seem to be possible to display the TOC in the
same way as MS word does. It looks, that in OO Writer's TOC a special handling
for entries generated by "additional styles" regarding preceding characters.

MRU->OS: TOC's should be enhenced for interoparability. An entry created by an
"additional style" should not have e.g. the preceding character which is between
number and entry text.
