i also had this happening one time in two years. it is happening very, very
seldomly and is therefore very difficult to reproduce. The only pattern i know
of it that it happens only on Windows plattforms.
i close this issue for now, if you can describe how to reproduce the problem
more often you can reopen the issue anytime.
