The "Highlight" button is designed differently - when no text is selected, it
changes the cursor into a can mode when clicked. You can now apply highlighting
in the color selected in the color picker of the button.
When text is selected, clicking the button will apply a highlighting in the
chosen color to the selected text. There is no on/off mode designed for this.
However, such a mode good be good enhancement for the "Highlight" button at all.
When text is selected, a highligh from any color should be toggled from the
color to "no fill".
