MRU->OD: create a numbed list of three paras, where the list is in second level
from the second para on. In the third para press Shift-F12 -> a bullet list in
the second level is started.
I think it is not intuitive to start in second level here, 'cause it leads to
the described formatting problems when editing the list. I see some
possibilities to solve this:
1. pressing Shift-F12 ends the numbering mode (like OO 1.x did)
2. pressing Shift-F12 changes the second level into bullet type (competitive
analysis).
3. pressing Shift-F12 starts a new bullet list in first level
I personally prefer solution 2 or 3 as long as I think that these represent the
most intuitive behavior.
