It is often necessary for the user to be able to find ("discover") the name of
any toolbar: for the purposes of understanding documentation that refers to the
toolbar by name, or for customization.
Floating toolbars are labeled with the toolbar name, but docked toolbars have no
label. There is no obvious way for the user to determine the name of a docked
toolbar.
This gap could be easily overcome by adding the toolbar name to the toolbar's
dropdown menu, or as a tooltip, or both. This would provide easily discoverable
labels for every toolbar, regardless of it's state.
