Though the current implementation violates the protocol as described in
5.1.2.2.x the violation was not relevant for #b6527052# but the portion of code
that violates the protocol is only relevant for #b6527052#. It's an unsupported
feature with some restrictions typical for the scenario described in the SUN
internal bug.
In the future we may have an implementation with system APIs only that fulfills
the complete protocol along with some other native implementations. But this
will be a feature. So far everything is fine.
