Hi,
could reproduce with the following settings:
Set LANG and LC_ALL to de_CH.utf8, tools-options-language settings-Languages to
Engllish (US) for User interface, Default for locale and currency.
but for both versions 2.3 and 2.2.1 . This is not a bug. If you use FALSE(), it
works as you've expected it. Just setting the keyword FALSCH in your case is
locale dependend and a feature. As it converts directly into an zero, you may
use it directly.
