The "unknown" application is a duplicate of issue 80734.
Remains the unregistration by changing the path:
- Tools - XML Filter Settings - MediaWiki
- Edit
- Change the XSLT for export path pointing to a valid file
- Ok
- Close
- Tools - XML Filter Settings
-> MediaWiki has disappeared
(Note: this does not happen with other xslt components)
