sw/source/ui/frmdlg/column.cxx
sw/source/ui/shells/textsh.cxx
The situation in the bugdoc neither allows to determine the current columns nor
does it allow to changes them. So the solution is to disable the column dialog
in such situations.
(Different sections and different page styles are part of the given selection)
