The inner problem is a bitmap copy from a smaller to a larger bitmap and the
crash happens when the
source bitmap cannot provide enough data => a simple check for this condition
should suffice
The outer problem is the resize of the borderwindow after menubar change. The
old assumption that the
menubar is at the top of the borderwindow is of course not valid for the Aqua
port.
