Issue Description: When Calc gets focus, CPU usage goes to 100%, and Calc loses
response. The three processes which take up the CPU cycles are ipoint.exe
(35%), itype.exe (35%), soffice.bin (30%). (I believe ipoint and itype are the
drivers for the keyboard and mouse.) When focus is removed from calc, the
processes go back to a low cpu usage and stays there until focus is back on
calc.

Process Followed to create issue:
1. Open Calc.
2. Click on cell 'A1'
3. CPU utilization jumps from 3-13%(variable) to 100%
4. Remove focus from Calc, CPU returns to normal.
5. While CPU is at 100%, there is quite a delay in response of application.
