I disagree. Maybe cause in the bottom is same but...
* My file is local and file handle is still valid (without debugging /logging
can't be sure). In my case it has nothing to do with network file system
* As far as my know you cannot do anything with that local spreadsheet file
except close application.
Maybe issue 73979 and this could be combined but I'd like to reproduce error if
there are any logging options available for program?
