------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Oct 1 21:28:19 +0000 2007 ------- One more thing -- when not in dual-head mode I am able to open the presentation - start the presentation and then use alt-tab to see if the 'main' window and 'presentation' window are shown in the window list / task bar. They are. So it appears to be a dual-head/ooimpress issue. It doesn't matter which distribution (tried Ubuntu and Fedora) nor does it matter what window manager (tried GNOME and KDE).
