@Laurent: even if your application IS a wizard, I also think it could better
suite under "Tools - Options". What do you think?

- "File - Document Properties".: not the right place because you find there more
general information *about* the document than *settings* to apply to the
document.
- Language ignored by spell-checking: this would be a bug! Please, try to
reproduce it in a current version (http://download.openoffice.org/index.html)
and describe step by step what you do, get and expect. Than file another issue.
