There are no OOo-Dev languagepacks defined in the SCP project. Currently it is
true that the language packs are for OpenOffice.org only. Forwarding this issue
as enhancement request to Ingo.
JA->IS: please add the possibility to build OOo-Dev langpacks to SCP and ask
RelEng to build OOo-Dev languagepacks for de, fr and ja with the next possible
upcoming build.
