Yet it would useful to be able to create an header exceeding on the right and on the left, notably for PDF export (since PDF has not the same limitation than printers). And since the header is replicated on all the page, it is really useful when using the same wallpaper for all the pages. A way to implement would be to permit negative value for the left and right margin in the Page format:Footer/Header. Or to be able to precise that these value are relative to the paper (i.e. excluding the margins) or to the text frame (i.e. including the margins).
