The com::sun::star::presentation::XSlideShow interface defines
{add,remove}SlideShowListener and {add,remove}ShapeEventListener. However, the
registered listeners are not called when the slide changes or an effect is
shown.
Please implement the slide show listener and shape event listener as documented
in the XSlideShow interface, with one exception: the documentation of
addSlideShowListener() states that listeners are not notified when nextSlide()
or previousSlide() is called. This does not make sense when the listener is not
the one that calls nextSlide() or previousSlide().
