After investigation on the issue identified that indexer for eyebrowse message
was in a limbo state . Performing a restart of the indexer resolved the issue.
Verified that the mails have started reaching the archive folder of the mailing
list .
Root cause on why the plugin was in this state is still under investigation .
Bringing down the priority of the issue.
