The one I'm running (1.5.0-rc, available from http://www.lemote.com/debian/pool/contrib/sun-java_1.5-lemote-b1_mipsel.deb) uses mips32, but I agree that mipsel, mips(eb), mips64el and mips64(eb) would be be more logical. JDK 1.6 is being ported now, but a lack of resources on the part of Lemote prevents its completion. Since this code would not be too different from that in the OpenJDK, integration wouldn't be that difficult. I don't have the time to look at this issue now, but will as soon as I can.
