The feature of a language specification after @example is new to me. There is no
special handling for the first word after @example in autodoc. But - indeed - I
see it mentioned in the IDL-documentation guide. It seems to be some
synchronization did not happen. ;-)
But as the idea makes sense for IDL documentation, I consider this an RFE.
