The problem was fixed already in xmloff/source/text/txtparae.cxx by initializing
nPage with "0".
I changed the binfilter code in the same way as it was done in the "real"
xmloff.
My concern is that in case the aAny>>=nPage really failed what we did wouldn't
be very useful. But as this would be a damaged file format I think it doesn't
matter a lot, everything else looks bad also.
