Note that hyph_ru_RU.dic is at least now in 2.3 included in the OOo source, not
just on the website. This makes this issue more serious in my opinion.

On the other hand, the zip file on the website also includes a README file that
claims "Based on the TeX hyphenation tables License:  GNU LGPL license." Should
we trust that, has the data been legally relicensed to LGPL? (Whether the LGPL
makes sense for *data* as opposed to software is another question...) Should
also that README file be added to the OOo source? Does a collection of data like
hyphenation patterns even have any copyright protection in Russia...?
