The attached file is a regression in Microsoft Word .doc import.
In Microsoft Word (2000) and in OOo 1.1.3, it opens with the 4 headings
("Grace Church Belper") centralised over their respective blocks. In OOo 2.0
beta, the headings are left-aligned.
