That is not fully true. In OO, it does not exist a "default" template. There
will be created a new empty document by a so-called "factory" which uses the
printer & system settings for generating the defaults in the document.
"Changing the default template" means, that you can use an existing
document/template and set this as "default" template, but it is not possible to
set new settings in a "real default" template (like MS's normal.dot).
