------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Oct 14 17:21:13 +0000 2007 ------- The setting "check spelling as you write" does not stick but returns to "on" when the program is restarted. In earlier versions, this was a problem but there was some work-around (that I forget now). With version 2.3, I have not found any work-around. I am using version 2.3 together with Soikko 1.1.2 (Finnish spell checker, needed since OO for some strange reason has no own spell-checked for Finnish). But, with previous OO-versions, it has been possible to close off the "check spelling as you write" function. Now, it is not. I am re-posting this, since mba marked "clear" my earlier one which included even another (after 6 years still not fixed) issue. If the fault eventually would somehow be with Soikko (but I do not think that likely), in such a case - and in any case - the action needed is to produce for OO a spell-checker that can manage Finnish as well as other languages, so that extras from the outside are not needed. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
