I don't see what the point is of looking at the .ODS file when the problem is in
the import of the .XLS file. If the import is broken for the bug reporter, then
sure, a .ODS saved from a broken import will be broken too. When I open the .XLS
file in OOo (2.3 on Windows) or Excel 2007 I don't see any apostrophes in F18 or
D18. The apostrophes must be a side-effect of the problem in the .XLS import. Or
am I missing something here? Anyway, my personal first guess might be that the
issue of decimal points vs. commas might have something to do with this, but I
might be totally wrong of course.
