@kami: The following patch should fix the problem. Currently I don't have
a CWS for OOo 2.3.1 and it looks like overkill for a one line fix.
Maybe a higher authority ;) listens here and commits the patch as a master fix.
For OOo 2.4 I hope to remove the need for guw (see issue 82202) and that
patch should not be needed anymore.
