My understanding is that gcc >= 4.2.0 is the one that officially brings in the
libjvm.so so using that version as the gij to start doing this test with, so
probably academic for most distros for some time yet until it becomes the
default at which point icedtea will be all over the place, nevertheless it'll be
handy for odd edge-case ports. Committed to cmcfixes38
