2007 -------
Most changes made in SlsViewOverlay. Removed the now obsolete HideAndSave(),
Restore() and Paint() methods of the overlay manager.
Replaced the bounding box related methods in SlsPageObjectViewObjectContact with
the single GetBoundingBox() method. This made it easier for the overlays to
access the bounding boxes of their individual graphical representations and set
them at the sdr/overlay/OverlayObject.
