So I don't see what causes your problem: unpacking the Nullsoft (NSIS) files or
doing the MSI installation?
And this surely not specific to Win98 but to (what kind ever) the installation
process.
If this is caused by NULLSOFT it makes no sense to track it here. Thirdparty
stuff should be tracked at the Thirdparty sites.
