I would assume that this message is about needing this library. This
is a known problem that can be workarounded by installing a new
version of the IE. We've decided that we won't fix this because
right, sorry that I did not answer earlier
- Win98 with an outdated and unsecure IE won't be used very often
- the old setup for OOo 1.1.x is end of life and due to missing
resources we won't fix this.
I was afraid of it, a last question though, which version of OO can be
installed in W98? Any of the 1.1.x series?
