A3:A5 are disp[ayed values from R3:R5 A6 is the 'Paste Special' value of A3 - the same value but not from a referenced cell. Screenshot 2: The width of column A has been reduced. Utterly wrong values are displayed in A4:A5, admittedly with warning flags. This contrasts with the much safer policy displayed in the R column. Screenshot 3: On further narrowing the column, it is apparent that the source of the value is not relevant. In A3 the source is the content of R3. In A6 the value is stored directly. Screenshot 4: After saving the data file for this report, I reloaded it to confirm it shows the problem. After saving and reloading I get this different display, which nicely shows where the erroneous values are coming from. Recommendation: Either 'Optimal Height' should be dynamically applied as values change, or the value should be hashed out if the current cell size cannot accommodate it.
