On the one hand: Nice idea, that accompanies me for a while already. Idea for
syntax:
@## Name   -   Global text module that can be referred to from anywhere.
@# Name     -  Local text module only for current file (may hide global text 
module)
@->Name    -  Refer to text module. 

On the other hand: Documentation is read in the original source code file as
well. There, references to external text modules are difficult to resolve for
the reader. So I am not sure: Is it desirable to write documentation using such
text substitutes?
